    From my experience, I’ve found that cutting out refined sugar from your diet is one of the most effective ways to lose weight. I’ve always had a sweet tooth since I was a kid, so cutting out sugar was quite a challenging task. The first few weeks are the most difficult. But after that, your body starts to adjust to the lower sugar levels and you’ll eventually reap the benefits.
