    It’s that time of the year for me to try and lose some weight before the summer. Wanted some information because it is getting difficult now, happy I ran into this post. While I have been doing the Intermittent fasting I had no idea about the fiber intake and complex carbs. This is a very helpful article on how to have a flatter abs, I think that most people especially when we were young, having a flat abdomen is fundamental and we start doing diets and different sets of exercises in order to be able to have a flat abdomen and we do not realize that by applying these 6 tips mentioned here in this article we can get it more easily, from my experience I see that we always lose motivation for not having the right mindset ldo you any tips on how to stay motivated and have the right mindset? so we don’t loose our goal to have a flatter abs.
